| June 19, 2011, the company purchased SIPLACE D2 commissioning and acceptance has been completed and put into production. SIPLACE D2 uses SIPLACE technology, including for technological upgrades and six 12-nozzle Collect & Place head nozzle, Y-axis linear motors, placement accuracy: ± 50um ± 0.225 º @ 3δ. In addition, it is equipped with the latest technology, including: the newly developed components for complex SIPLACE Pick & Place head, used to achieve maximum accuracy SIPLACE digital imaging system, the latest software and SIPLACE flexible SIPLACE dual transmission systems. 12-nozzle Collect & Place head with 6 nozzle head used in combination, provide up to 31,000 cph maximum placement performance. D2 through the introduction of the company in 0201 to fill the area as well as 01005 batch placement process gaps. |
