QA 工程师

岗位职责及具体要求:
1．作为QA团队的领导，确保产品的检验工作有效进行；
As a leader of QA team, ensure production inspection implemented effectively;
2．初步分析不良数据；
Primitively analyze defect data ;
3．有一定制程能力，进行内部稽核；
with process capability, carry out process audit;
4．为品检员设定培训计划和时间表并进行培训；
Plan, schedule, and implement training for inspectors;
5．依照公司政策和相关的法律法规，贯彻执行管理职责；
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with Company’s policies and applicable laws;
6．积极的引导团队朝着问题的解决努力；
Actively lead teams towards problem solving and work excellence;
7．完成经理安排的临时性工作。
Follow temporary work by manager.

8．提供反应质量变化的周报和月报；
Report quality trends weekly and monthly;

Job Requirement（职位要求）:
1.大专学历以上并有2年以上品质工作经验。
College level or above , with at least 2 years quality work experience.
2.了解品质体系和品质工具的基本知识（例如：ROHS, IPC, SPC, FMEA,等）；
Basic understanding of quality principles and tools (e.g. ROHS, IPC, SPC, FMEA, etc);
3.熟练应用电脑，如Excel, Word等软件；
Good skills in computer, such as Excel and Word;
4.具有翻译一般性的英语专业技术文件的能力；
Ability to interpret general professional technical papers in English;
5.具有与内部或外部门人员良好沟通的能力。
Good ability to communicate with internal and external partners.
